We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read the following policy carefully so you understand what to expect after placing your order.
Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is confirmed and payment is verified. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Tariffs, regulations & potential delays
Due to current global shipping regulations, import/export tariffs, and customs processing requirements, delivery may take up to 10 business days from the date of shipment. These delays are outside of our control and may be caused by customs inspections, border processing, carrier disruptions, weather events, or changes in international trade regulations. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these circumstances.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight. Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost displayed at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order being placed, please contact us.
Lost or damaged shipments
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit by the carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect shipping address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away and we will do our best to make corrections before the order ships.
